Content: 25 grams
The indigenous peoples of Northern Mexico used damiana mainly as an aphrodisiac, and to help alleviate anxiety and nervousness. Traditionally, damiana has also been used to aid asthma, stomach aches, rheumatism, and headaches. Damiana may help relieve menstrual pain due to the herb’s relaxing and mood-boosting effect, antispasmodic properties, and positive effect on blood circulation. Damiana can be added to a joint or vaporised. Drink damiana tea regularly to increase the herb’s effectiveness. Damiana is known to amplify the effects of other herbs when used simultaneously.
