This base from Qpharm is a basic liquid to compose your own e-liquids and to produce your own flavors. This base is composed on the basis of 30 PG to 70 VG to which 18 mg Nic Salt per ml liquid has been added.
About Nic Salts
A Nic Salt liquid has a nicotine base that is extracted directly from tobacco leaves and is therefore usually experienced as softer than normal (freebase) nicotine. This nicotine also enters the bloodstream faster, so it has a more effective effect with longer satisfaction and you therefore also have to evaporate less liquid for the same result.
In addition to the base liquid with nicotine salt, Qpharm also has various products in its range based on 'normal' freebase nicotine.
