Kanna 20:1 resin is a high quality extraction of the famous Kanna root. It is known for its relaxing, anxiety and stress-relieving properties when taken in small dosages.
The advantage of this extract is that you can very easily ingest a small amount of 0.1 grams to reach the wanted results. Simply roll it into a ball and put it under the tongue.
A larger amount of 0.2 to 0.3 grams will give more body to the euphoric feelings and relaxing effects.

Sceletium tortuosum is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). It should not be combined with other SSRI's (Seroxat, Prozac) or Mono Oxidase Inhibitors (MAO-I), such as Syrian Rue (Peganum harmala), Banisteriopsis Caapi, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Yohimbe, and certain anti-depressants. Kanna is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
