Kosmic's Kanna Powder

Usage:

You can use kanna in several ways. One popular method is by chewing it throughout the day. A dose of 200 - 400mg will be enough and you will benefit from it's effects for approximately 2 -  3 hours.

Kanna is also a popular snuff. To use it as a snuff, the kanna has to be thoroughly powdered. A regular dose is around 100mg of powder. The effects will start right after it's use with the peak around 30 - 60 mins after ingestion. Please do realize that using it as a snuff is not for everyone.

Lastly, making a tea is perhaps the easiest and most convenient way of using kanna. You can add 400 - 600mg of kanna to hot (but not boiling) tea and let it sit for a few minutes. It's effects will start to be observable after about an hour and will last for several hours.

When you are not experienced with using kanna, we recommend starting with a low dose and adjusting it according to your preference.
