Usage
User reports describe the effects of LSA as primarily sedating and dream-like, with a mild to moderate psychedelic component. The psychedelic effects of LSA occur inconsistently and are not directly comparable to the effects of classical psychedelics like LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, or mescaline. LSA is described as primarily bodily and cognitive with little visual effects.
On a relatively empty stomach (no eating for four to six hours prior to ingestion) the first effects become noticeable after approximately one hour. The entire experience takes in between 6 and 10 hours. Experiencing nausea is common, especially during the starting phase of the trip.
There are two ways of minimizing nausea. One is crushing the seeds finely and let them sit in water for half an hour, after which you can drink the liquid. A different way is to sprout the seeds by keeping them moist for 3 to 4 days (change the water regularly), after which the white parts can be taken from the husk and eaten.
One can also try to eat the seeds without letting them sprout, but it's not a very pleasant way of consuming the active substances.
eating 50 - 100 seeds (or 1.5 to 3 grams) will result in light effects. Eating 250 - 400 seeds (6 - 10 grams) is considered a strong dose and will result in a powerful trip.
Cultivation
Place the seeds in a small amount of water en let them soak for a day. Next, place the seeds in the earth, preferably in a sunny spot. Morning Glory plants have the tendency to grow in all directions, so it's smart to place them somewhere where they have plenty space and can climb freely without harming other plants by entanglement. The plants need to be watered regularly, especially during summertime.
Morning Glory is a fast growing plant. After approximately six weeks the first flowers will show. As soon as the flowers shrivel and fall, seeds pods will be formed. Do not harvest the seeds pods too early, or the seeds will be white instead of dark brown or black.
