About the Reishi mushroom

Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) is a brown-red mushroom of approximately 10 to 25 centimeters in size. In the Netherlands we know this fungus as lac fungus. They mainly grow on stumps of old trees such as oak and beech. The Reishi has been used in China for over 2000 years. Its reputation is very impressive, so they call it Lingzhi, which means mushroom of immortality. In traditional Chinese medicine, they use Lingzhi for various purposes.

Net Content: 100 grams.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per day dissolved in hot water. The powder is also easy to add to shakes. One dose contains approximately 75 mg of polysaccharides and beta-glucans.

Ingredients: 100 grams of organic Reishi (ganoderma lucidum) extract from 100% fruiting body (mushroom). It is a full-spectrum extract obtained using H2O and ethanol. This is to get the most out of the fruiting bodies. It contains 5% polysaccharides and beta-glucans.
