What are backflow cones?
Backflow incense cones differ from 'normal' cones because of the opening in the middle. Through this opening in the cone, the smoke that is released flows downwards instead of upwards. This way you achieve the special effect of the incense waterfall. The fact that the smoke flows downwards is due to the cooler air in the opening of the cone. Cooler air always flows downwards!
These backflow cones are made entirely from natural ingredients.
Burning backflow incense cones
You burn backflow cones in the same way as other incense cones. The only difference is that you place them at the top of the incense waterfall, instead of in a bowl. Light the cone and blow out the flame as usual. Then watch your waterfall come to life.
Incense cones for a waterfall have a relatively short burning time (about 15 minutes). There is relatively more smoke and smell.
